Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for high-velocity e-commerce? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple brands, teams, and timelines? At Reloe, we’re building and scaling direct-to-consumer health & wellness brands, and we’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented E-Commerce Project Manager to drive our projects from idea to launch and scale.
Experience in e-commerce – You’ve managed projects for fast-moving DTC brands, ideally in the US market.
Multi-brand project management – Comfortable handling multiple brands simultaneously without missing a beat.
Strong leadership & coordination – Ability to align cross-functional teams (design, development, copywriting, analytics, and payments) toward shared goals.
Excellent communication & analytical skills – You can clearly convey project goals, manage expectations, and analyze bottlenecks to optimize workflows.
Proactive mindset – You don’t wait for things to happen—you make them happen.
Oversee end-to-end brand launches, from ideation to scaling.
Break down big-picture strategies into actionable tasks for cross-functional teams.
Ensure teams deliver tasks on time and projects stay on track.
Work directly with external partners in the US to align efforts and optimize execution.
Analyze project performance and identify ways to improve efficiency and execution speed.
Collaborate with leadership to continuously refine our project management processes.
Salary: €3000-5000 gross, depending on experience + performance-based bonus
